How do I install MT5 on Mac?

  1. Download MT5 for Mac: Mac Download
  2. Open the downloaded file
  3. Follow the prompts and complete the installation process

 

How do I log into MT5 on Mac?

  1. Launch MetaTrader 5
  2. Click 'File' menu
  3. Select 'Login to Trade Account'
  4. Enter your login credentials emailed to you
  5. Enter the server address: mt5.tastyfx.com:443

 

Can I Install Add-Ons on Mac?

The Mac version of MT5 supports the same advanced trading features available on other platforms. Users can implement Expert Advisors, custom indicators, and other platform enhancements.

 

Can I Use the Web Terminal on Mac?

You can also access MT5 using the MT5 Web Terminal, which works directly in your browser without installation. However, this version has limited functionality — for example, Expert Advisors and custom indicators are not supported.

We recommend Mac users install the full desktop version of MT5 to access all platform features. The web terminal is provided as a flexible alternative for clients who prefer browser-based access.
